A Sweet Journey
I began baking at age twelve, crafting custom cakes for family birthdays and expanding into other pastries. This passion led to the creation of Emma's Confections. Currently, I'm a Baking & Pastry student at the Secchia Institute for Culinary Education, expecting to graduate in April 2024, and I recently completed an internship in Hawaii to further hone my pastry skills.
